Assignment:
Today the students began writing their Mount Everest Scripts. They were assgined a specific part of the climb to cover in groups.
Requirements
-No one can die--we can't change history
-Every person in your groups will be in your video
-Before you film, Mrs. Noonan needs to read and approve your script, see a list of props, and know that you have cue cards or your scripts memorized
-You need to refer specifically to vocabulary dealing with Mount Everest, anything that happened on the nountain in 1996, and any other background knowledge to show what you know about cliimbing Everest.
-No scripts...use cue cards or memorize your parts
All students are required to write an afterword which will be your end of the movie. In this afterword, you need to tell your own story. What happened to you? Did you make it to the summit? What happened to you on the way back down? Did climbing Everest affect you mentally or physically? How do you feel now that you are back down safely? This will be filmed in a tech after you edit your final video.
