Today we talked about suspense and predicting what will happen next in the plot.
We also reviewed the plot diagram and the components of the story that make up the plot.
We read the story "Tell-Tale Heart" out loud in class.
Assignment:
Do comprehension questions 1-4 for Friday.
Create an argument for the murderer in the story.
Half of the class has been assigned to prepare an argument that he is insane and half of the class has been assigned to prepare an argument that he is not insane. There will be a debate on Friday over this issue.
